The Wera Tools Rotax English Championships will take place on 1-3 September at Whilton Mill in Northamptonshire and will see some of the best drivers from Motorsport UK Registered Clubs battle it out for the coveted `E Plate` plus a host of great prizes available over the weekend.
Open to drivers with a minimum of a kart interclub licence, the popular event is often closely fought across the classes and Whilton Mill’s 1200-metre circuit offers up a fast and flowing challenge for eager racers; the perfect host for an action packed weekend of racing.
Plus, there will also be a social gathering and food will be provided on Saturday night for all drivers, hosted by Motorsport UK and JAG Rotax.
The event will also have a familiar feel, thanks to enjoying all the benefits of Britain’s premier kart championship, the Wera Tools British Kart Championships. The weekend will include dedicated on-track CCTV, control fuel from Vital Equipment and race management by Motorsport Timing UK.
Tyres for the event will be limited to one new set for competition and wet tyres will be available using a new voucher system courtesy of JAG Rotax / Motorsport UK . The weekend will also be streamed online thanks to BKC broadcast partners Alpha Live.
