Chesterfield’s Harry Bartle contested his maiden season in the Mini Max class of this year’s Wera Tools British Kart Championships and came out with Top Rookie for his efforts.

The thirteen-year-old Croc Promotion racer enjoyed a stellar campaign, taking third overall in the standings and rounding out the year in style, taking his first BKC Finals victory to secure the final podium position in the process.

The last two rounds were understandably a “highlight” for Bartle, with numerous maximum scores and a pole. Despite tackling many circuits for the first time, the young racer excelled with an “awesome” Mini Max season and will look to head into the Junior X30 British and European series in 2023.
