The Motorsport UK Wera Tools British Kart Championships are thrilled to announce the first event dates of 2022 as the series reveals a new-look calendar for the KZ2 class.

One of the fastest growing categories in the UK will do battle over five intense rounds with an expanded roster in-line with feedback received from championship competitors to offer an action-packed season of competition and two brand new venues on the KZ2 billing.

The popular Shenington circuit in Oxfordshire kicks off the season for the rapid racers in April before a trip to the North East at Warden Law in May. GYG (Glan Y Gors) offers a trip into the heart of Wales in June before Rissington takes contenders to the Cotswolds just four weeks later. Kimbolton in Cambridgeshire hosts the all important finale at the beginning of September.
