The Motorsport UK Wera Tools British Kart Championships can now reveal the highly anticipated Bambino calendar for the 2023 season.

The hotly contested category has proven to be one of the most competitive in the British Championships in recent years which has seen drivers such as Archie Clark, Zac Drummond, Lewis Wherrell, Leo Robinson, Freddie Slater and 2022 British IAME Cadet Champion Jessie Philips to name but a few, start their racing careers in the class.

The Bambino Championship is the only series that enables participating competitors to graduate into the Cadet class early, offering the chance to progress in the year of their eighth birthday.

Britain’s premier kart series has ensured feedback from competitors has been considered when creating the new-look calendar, forming an exciting schedule of events for the year ahead, visiting a range of top-class and familiar venues across the UK.

The Championship kicks off in the heart of Wales as GYG hosts the opener for the first time before a trip north of the border to Larkhall in August. Contenders will then visit the popular Whilton Mill track in September with the finale at Karting North East – Warden Law later in the month.
